CONDITION STANDARDS FOR SINGLE CARDS

All single card conditions are evaluated according to Yozakura Card Shop's internal grading standards.

Card condition assessment is inherently subjective and may differ from the opinions of individual collectors, grading companies, marketplaces, or other retailers. Our condition classifications are based solely on our own standards and should not be interpreted as equivalent to any third-party grading service.

Minor imperfections commonly found in trading cards, including but not limited to print defects, centering issues, edge wear, whitening, surface scratches, dents, roller marks, manufacturing imperfections, or other cosmetic characteristics, may not affect the condition grade assigned by our store.

Differences in personal opinion regarding card condition do not constitute a listing error, defective item, or "item not as described."

RETURNS FOR SINGLE CARDS

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, returns based solely on subjective disagreements regarding condition, grading expectations, future grading potential, or collector preferences will be treated as customer-requested returns and are subject to our return policy.

INVENTORY CONTROL AND FRAUD PREVENTION

For high-value items, Yozakura Card Shop may maintain photographs, video recordings, packaging records, shipment records, weight records, and other documentation for inventory control, order verification, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.

These records are internal business records maintained solely for operational and security purposes and are not generally distributed or disclosed to customers.

RETURN VERIFICATION

All returned items are subject to inspection and verification before any refund is issued.

Returned cards may be compared against shipment records, photographs, video records, and identifying characteristics maintained by Yozakura Card Shop.

Any indication of tampering, alteration, damage occurring after delivery, card substitution, fraudulent activity, or mismatch with the item originally shipped may result in denial of the return and/or refund.

RETURN COSTS

If a return is approved for reasons other than an error on the part of Yozakura Card Shop, the customer shall be responsible for all return-related expenses, including but not limited to:

• Return shipping costs
• Duties and import taxes
• Carrier fees
• Customs charges
• Restocking fees
• Any other costs incurred during the return process

Such amounts will be deducted from the refundable balance.

LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING RETURN TRANSIT

If a returned package is lost or damaged during transit, Yozakura Card Shop may file a claim or investigation with the carrier.

Any loss, damage, or expenses not covered by carrier compensation, insurance, or reimbursement shall remain the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refundable balance.

ITEMS MATERIALLY DIFFERENT FROM DESCRIPTION

If Yozakura Card Shop determines that an item was shipped incorrectly or is materially different from the listing description, return shipping costs and applicable return fees may be waived at our sole discretion.

FINAL DETERMINATION

Yozakura Card Shop reserves the right to make the final determination regarding card condition classifications, return eligibility, refund eligibility, and compliance with these policies.
