SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

All items will be shipped via FedEx.

 Shipping costs vary depending on the country and weight.
 Calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties are not included in the shipping cost.

2.Customs Duties

All customs duties are to be borne by the customer. We only offer shipping under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Please note that by placing an order, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these conditions regarding customs charges.

For orders shipped to the United States, we currently offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping only. Duties are included at the time of payment, and no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

In the event that customs duties are refused upon import and the item is returned to us, we will issue a refund only after confirming that the item is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the customs duties, return shipping fees, and a handling fee (10% of the product price) from the original purchase price.

Please note that the de minimis rule has been repealed, and customs duties now apply to all imported goods.
You may refer to the official FedEx website for an estimate of the applicable duties.
Kindly be aware that this is only a general estimate, and we are not able to take responsibility for the final charges determined by customs.

3. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

4.Regarding Shared Inventory and Possible Order Cancellation

While we make every effort to carefully manage our inventory, stock is shared across multiple sales channels. Therefore, depending on the timing of your order, the item may become unavailable after your purchase is placed.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we may unfortunately have to cancel your order. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

5. CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation is requested after the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for all return-related costs, including the 10% cancellation/restocking fee, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any other charges incurred during the return process.

Return shipping fees and import duties are determined by the carrier (FedEx) and may not be immediately available at the time the return request is initiated. Once the official invoice is issued by FedEx, we will notify the customer of the exact charges and process the refund accordingly.

Please understand that refund processing may take additional time in order to calculate the accurate refund amount after all return-related charges have been confirmed.

6. RETURNS

If your order cannot be cancelled because they have already been processed and shipped, please do not open the package and contact our business immediately (within 3 days after item has shipped) at contact@yozakuracard.shop and open up a return request with us. Customers will be charged for all return labels & there is a 10% fee for all cancellations & restocks. We do not accept returns for products that were pre-ordered or on sale/discounted.

7. RETURN CONDITIONS & LIABILITY

If the returned item is received and confirmed to be in resellable condition, the refund will be issued minus the 10% cancellation/restocking fee, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any related carrier fees.

If a returned item is damaged or lost during return transit, an investigation and/or insurance claim may be filed with the shipping carrier (FedEx). Refund eligibility will be determined after the carrier’s investigation is completed. In cases where carrier compensation or insurance coverage does not fully cover the loss or damage, the remaining amount may be deducted from the refundable balance.

8. DAMAGED ORDERS

Yozakura Card Shop is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
