CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation is requested before the order has been shipped, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the product price (excluding shipping costs and customs duties) will be deducted to cover payment processing fees, administrative handling costs, and other non-refundable transaction-related expenses.

If a cancellation is requested after the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for all return-related costs, including the 10% cancellation/restocking fee, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and any other charges incurred during the return process.

Return shipping fees and import duties are determined by the carrier (FedEx) and may not be immediately available at the time the return request is initiated. Once the official invoice is issued by FedEx, we will notify the customer of the exact charges and process the refund accordingly.

Please note that refund processing may take additional time while all applicable return-related charges are confirmed and the final refundable amount is calculated.
